Been canoeing on Exeter ship canal. Seen the above, looks like some kind of river patrol boat, anyone know anything about it?

My dream boat, for exploring the backwaters of Poole Harbour.

It'll be hot, wherever it is.

The PBR would be perfect for just chilling over by Arne. [nostalgia mode] There used to be a fleet of large NATO landing barges moored there; the RM were continuously having to whizz over there on their rigid raiders to chase people off.

I went down that river once when I was a kid. There's a place in the river.. I can't remember... Must have been a gardenia plantation at one time. All wild and overgrown now, but for about five miles you'd think that heaven just fell on the earth in the form of gardenias...

If I tried that, 50 yards into the duckweed my raw water intake would block up frown . Wonder what their secret is?
