Silverstone tickets

Silverstone emailed me to say my tickets were ready to download for Fri and Sat at the Grand Prix. But all I could see , or print ,was a car park fast track pass . There was reference to my booked tickets but nothing to print or display on my phone. I have emailed Silverstone but no reply yet . (Shame MSV aren't in charge , their system always works )

Mine came last week. You have to login to see them and then they are there to download. I’ve got the wrong car park so need to contact them to change it. Not risking driving there and then getting told to go to the other car park.

Firstly, having fart arsed around to find, then download, then get my entry tickets printed, I then spend half of Saturday trying to find where to book the car-parking entry ticket, seems Its car park 2, (as I've got to use the M40), but until I give the reg of the car I'm using I cant find out where the sodding car park is !!!! FFS.
I'm waiting for another email from Silverstone Events wanting to know my late Grannys inside leg measurement before I can actually leave the house and visit the circuit where the cost of a Coke and Burger will be £50 + VAT and booking fee.

No, you should only comment in this particular case if you can help the OP, or to explain very simple forum etiquette.It always amuses me that the people who are the most desperate for their opinion to be read by others are always the first to jump to the "calm down dear" defence.
