My Maserati Ghibli will be sold shortly (to save money) and I am thinking of getting a cheapish lease car. Both my sisters got lease cars a couple of years ago, they were couple of years old Kia's and Hyundai, and they got a good deals paying around a couple of hundred a month each.

I would like a pre used one to save money but there are not many second hand lease cars available. Is this not widely done? Also they dont seem to be cheap, am I right to assume that the used lease market has gone silly prices just like the second hand car market? I only want something cheap and comfortable to go up and down the motorway, but looking at the prices I am seeing I may as well get a loan! Any suggestions?

I would have a look at leaseloco.

I don’t know what sort of budget you are looking at but £2K upfront a £220 a month for a new car is fine to me for getting about. Would say it works out cheaper than a used car.
