RMI vs BVRLA vs HPI

Hi all,
I'm back to buying used after 6 years leasing, and I've come across a 2018 car with 20K on the clock. The mileage check on the AA website it is advertised on shows RMI and BVRLA data exposing the car could have done 90K! The DVLA shows its first MOT at 10000 miles so it seems likely the car was clocked before its first MOT.
Is the RMI / BVRLA data cast iron solid, and does anyone know which of the HPI check companies use this data?
