Food processing plants catching on fire

A recurring theme in the US is the shear number of food processing plants catching on fire and seems to be a bit of a conspiracy theory.

Is this something I've never noticed, or is it like the tyre recycling sites being subject to "arson" every 6 months? That everyone just accepts?

Just wondering if it's an anomaly or something that happens all the time but just not reported?
