Probably not a long term McLaren employee. I attended an event at MTC in 2012 where LH was present, it seemed he was extremely well liked and it was noticeable how he took time to chat to staff members and engage with everyone. He did bring the team a lot of success after the doldrums of the early 2000's.
I could give opposite views I work with a couple of ex McLaren full time workers, not f1 side but car side and he was not well liked, had a bit of an attitude and a holier than thou style and above himself, fair enough, most f1 drivers are like that in some wats with everyone, and always had an entourage, i mean, it was his team, why?

Is that actually an offence?
It's not very nice, but it's surely not against the law to dislike someone.
I'm sure Hamilton couldn't care less either.
Must be loads of people posting stuff about Prince Andrew for instance.
As we all know, many people have rightly said Prince Andrew and Max are more unhinged s than Lewis, and saying so is absolutely fine in my book. It's not very nice, but it's surely not against the law to dislike someone.

Third hand supposition at best. I know someone at Red Bull, not the F1 side but the drink side....Max prefers Monster....PhilAsia said:

Absolutely fine in mine too, but that's free speech. I might not agree with what you say, just your right to say it.
Prince Andrew is an alleged nonce, it's no surprise he would be the recipient of some pretty strong criticism as a result. The comments by the McLaren employee about Lewis are non-specific and appear to be the result of general hatred. He/she appears to be dealing with some significant anger issues.
I wonder if she has met him?
I joined twitter a month ago to see what it was like having resisted for many years.
From what I can gather it is a place where people who have and haven't been PR trained show everyone the difference.
I got it because it seems to be the way that teams broadcast news, and funny incidents.
She's in trouble - at the end of the day she's calling the last person who won them a championship a prick.
I'm sure that brand awareness and media training courses that will not be on paid time are in the offing to keep her job if that's possible.
For McLaren there's a difference commercially between
I think Lewis is a prick
and
I work for McLaren and I think Lewis is a prick.

I was at a party when I was introduced to an ex-Brabham mechanic from the days of Piquet - 'This is Alan; he likes car racing,' I was told. He was an engineer of some calibre. His look showed this was a relationship that needed some help, so I waffled on about really liking Brabham, and Martini colour, the BT 54, and seeing the 55 at Brands. He became a bit responsive, and I mentioned Piquet, as we all know how the mechanics worshipped him. Not this bloke though. Resented him, and with a degree of fierceness which was impressive.Yet the books and reports all suggested he was loved.

Do they? We have different memories, even in the mid 80's the general opinion was that Piquet was a moron, not least for his comments about Senna and his incessant remarks about Mansell's wife. He seemed to rub people at Benetton up the wrong way too on his insistence at being a primadonna years after he had won a championship. Jasandjules said:
Many used ago I used to think all too many people were stupid. Now we have the internet and they all seem to want to prove just how stupid they are.....
“One who is clever conceals knowledge, but the mind of a fool broadcasts folly.” Proverbs 12:23More recently, attributed to Araham Lincoln : “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.”
The problem with social media, is that it gives every moron a megaphone and an audience.

So within a factory of thousands of people, some people might not like each other.
Pretty every company since 2010 has a policy you don't slag off the company on socials, simples. It would be very naive to say everyone gets on in a company, that obviously doesnt happen. Having a history of going on socials slagging off your future or present employer, come on.
