Automotive Upholstery Trimmers

Evening all. I'm going to be on the hunt for someone ideally local to York to retrim the seats in my VW T5 (2 fronts and a 2+1) in the rear.

Any recommendations? Seen Seat Surgeons but they look a bit "off the shelf" and wouldn't mind talking to someone about something a bit custom (or at least the possibility of it).
