PS4 + PS5?

My Quatro has worn the front tyres out before the rears. Normal I understand (60-40).
4x Ps4's been on 13000 miles now.
Now that PS5 is out I'm having trouble getting PS4.
My plan is to replace the fronts with PS5's.
And probably next year when the rears are done, replace them with PS5's.
Whichever way I do it I'll have 4's and 5's mixed for about 6000 miles, but not on the same axles.
I really don't want to scrap £300 worth of tyres!
Will I notice, will it upset the car?
I can't believe that there's that much difference anyway?

I would be expecting the 5 to be better than the 4, but be backwards compatible, so you should be OK.

However if you listen to the most common opinion & swap the new ones to the front, your car will try to kill you on the first wet corner you go round.

I was expecting a few of those replies.
I've read it's almost the same tyre, only longer wearing.
To be fair , I was impressed with the milage from the PS4's, as I drive a bit hard!

Put the PS5’s on the back and move the PS4’s to the front and you will be fine.
