If Aston Martin end up with Audi engines in road cars, will we be expected to drive tailgating the car ahead and never thank anyone who gives way?

Hold on a moment, it will be all electric motors by then anyway.

This isn’t about road cars. The engines to see them to the end of ICE for road cars are already in place

I know, I know. But, how can you make a joke out of, the Aston Martin Mercedes V8 changes to an electric motor ?
That will certainty be no joking matter after 2030, for current owners.

Now that the Lawrence Stroll's privately owned F1 team (using a paid for (rumoured £14 million a year) Aston Martin brand name), is the only team on the grid not to have scored any 2022 points, LS might have had enough before Audi decide to join in.

Would make more sense to sell the entire lot to them. Audi supposedly offering upwards of $700m dollars for a customer team in Mclaren, what does that mean the Silverstone outfit worth?

Unless he is hell bent on getting his son in a quick car which looks a losing battle.

He could put his son in the quickest car on the grid and it still would make very little difference

It's the only way I could see it working. Other you have the AM F1 car with an Audi engine and the AM road cars with Merc engines.

It would also have the advantage of AM not spunkng millions on the chairman's vanity project
