Am I right in thinking that Viktor Kharitonin is the owner of the Nurburgring?

Given he started his pharma company with Abramovich, will he have his assets frozen in the EU?

Wonder what this means for the 'ring? Another sale? back into public ownership, for free, with no debts???

Interesting point actually and with Putin now putting pressure on Germany with threats of gas holdbacks unless they pay in Russian currency, further sanctions could be put in which could affect this guy as it did the Chelsea guy
