Thanks for that. Of the 4 numbers I had they all led to the same place. I only wanted to cancel some of the channels (option 2) which I didn’t use which connnected me towards some far flung foreign land who tried their best but alas no joy.
I decided to bite the bullet and cancel the lot ( option1 ). This got me through to someone who could understand my foreign language. Problem resolved. 🥳

Any way of cancelling Sky without phoning them up, being on hold for over an hour and can’t be bothered to hold any longer!

Mrs rang them earlier today on the number posted above.
Took about 50 mins to get through and then they took another 40 mins on the call to get the price down which they couldn't without removing some channels and even then it was more expensive than what we were paying.

Have 31 days now to change our minds but hopefully they ring with a better deal.
