Okay let's get this right all of the would be / successful suicide bombers are Muslims, but the police are not allowed to use this information when it comes to their Stop and Search policy....that's bollox :banghead: how do you tell someone's religous beliefs from their racial background anyway?

Stop and search is one of the few measures that stop crimes before they occur.
The police have been under fire because proportionally more people from ethnic minorities are stopped and searched. This is taken as proof that the police are racist.
However as a proportion of young men in crime hotspots, there is no evidence of racial bias.

If I lived in a middle east country and under 40 white men were bombing, I would happily take on board the fact that i am profiled with these individuals and expect to be searched with no resistence. It is not racism - it is common sense, something that is rarely used these days. Unfortunately, politicians are exactly as their title refers to them and therefore it is a political game, not a "best approach" action that is being taken.

Go to Brixton and you will find that the majority of crimes are committed by black youths. This is not racist but a simple fact in the same way as most purple rinse is bought by elderly women and most Elizabeth Arden jewellery is bought by chavs.
The majority (read: all) of recent bombings in London have been carried out or masterminded by young men of Asian decent, so why the hell would the police waste time performing stop and searches on Mrs Miggins carrying her biscuits for Rover?
One reason and one reason only: The Guardian reading Thinkoftheminorities and those employed by the jobs in the aforementioned paper's back pages.

its actually quite sad. many of them used to end up at Wandsworth Remand for some of the dumbest offences you could ever think of committing. They would usually serve their sentence on remand and then be let out. Within 2-3 months alot of them were back again for a second stay.
a friend who was kept on remand for a year actually saw one young black guy go onto remand 3 times in a single year.
At the rate the muslims reproduce we will be the minority in 40 years anyway. Most of the intelligent white people will have left and the economic success will be history, our legal system will be replaced with some religious dogmatic shite and we may have small pockets of independant athiest / agnostic freedom fighters in places like Wales, Scotland and the tax islands. Apart from that this place is destined to become Englandistan.

This is why this govt is dumbing stuff down. So that in future they will get away with p*ssing on your back and telling you it's raining.
Also they will play the race card at the drop of a hat, so that no one dare question their policies for fear of being branded.
At least at the moment there are still some people around with enough brain power to realise what an unbelievable crock this govt is.
The thing is that, whether you are black, white, brown, blue or green, these stop and searches are for the safety of all passengers - so what is the fuss?
If it helps safeguards all our lives, then get used to it?

It shows how patently absurd politically correct statements and policies can be. If you're on the lookout for Muslim extremist suicide bombers, then you shouldn't have a policy of assuming that a Muslim is more likely to be the culprit?! WTF?! Maybe they should be stopping people who appear Jewish in case they are Muslim extremists.
