I doubt you'll get one in Halfords. For goodness sake don't use 'Instant Gasket' from a tube.
Mini Spares will mail-order one, but you'll be lumbered with the postage as well. Alternatively try Bennetts or the SAM Centre in Letchworth as you're fairly local.
