I can’t see a thread on this. Watching on ITV now with the final coming up, really enjoying the racing. Unlike Formula E which I find incredibly boring. Anyone else watching?

Last (first) year was quite mixed, and got some criticism.

But, just been watching on ITV today, and thought it was really entertaining and exciting.

Punishing on the cars if they make a mistake or hit a rut and get out of shape, though.

If they go too wide beyond track limits they get punished by mountain.

This is the simple version of Star Wars pod racing.

Yes, it's really found it's feet early this season - quali yesterday was pretty exciting, and the actual racing and overtaking today was pretty close.

I think there's much smaller gaps between teams this year & RXR may have a challenge retaining the title.

I think part of the talent in the race is reading the track and finding the optimum line. Sometimes tight is best, sometimes wide is better as was proved at the end of the last race

I see from this month's Car magazine that the series has gone the way of all flesh, or should that be electric?

Does anyone care, its a bit like Formula E, nobody really cares other than manufacturers who pull out of other stuff to race there as they think it backs up them selling EVs, when most people who guy them do it fir tax reasons
