Which mobile "phone"?

Hi chaps,
Just a small question. I'm in the market for a new mobile phone now, and I'm totally confused by the vast range out there. What I want is something which can make phone calls (basic prerequisite! :D ), access the full Internet and (possibly) take photos as well.
Anyway, I've been speaking to O2 (my current contract is with them - I don't particularly want to go to the hassle of moving to another provider) and they reckon the XDA IIs or IIi do what I want, or else the Nokia 6822. Any advice?

Treo 650 is the best of the lot, though the camera is not its strong point.
If you've ever used a Palm Pilot before then it's an obvious recommendation. If not, still give it a go because the simplicity and speed of the interface makes email / full internet / phone calls / etc. very quick and easy.
The built in keyboard is especially handy for texts and emails unless you have really big fingers
It's also a reasonable size for a smartphone, and from my experience pretty robust as well.

I have a Sony ericsson k750i. So far it's mikeproof, and has a great camera.
Prior to this I had a fisher price phone.
Mikeproof might've come in handy, since our littlie is called Michael.
But no, I went for a P910i. Although I have to admit to being tempted by Fisher Price's finest first...
