Sticking door handles

Sometimes when opening the drivers door the handle doesn't retract and sticks in the pulled out position. You don't notice until you get in and shut the door and wonder why the window hasn't gone up. It's a very minor thing as reshutting the door sorts it - just wondered if there was a simple remedy rather than take it to a dealer for what is likely a very straightforward fix.

My passenger door does the same thing. Wondering about some grease of some kind maybe.

Not had a problem with the door handles but the rear boot seems to stick slightly when releasing.

Passenger door on my Megane does this.

Must be how Renault does it.

Driver’s side on mine. A modest (not liberal) application of 3 in 1 silicon spray has not significantly improved things, irritatingly.
