Tyres For G20 BMW

I posted this in the BMW Forum but wondered if I might get some help here. Basically I want to replace my tyres with high quality and longer lasting rubber.
I bought my 340i xDrive new in March 2020, it’s covered 12,900 miles. The first service was done yesterday and I have to say I was surprised to find that the rear tyres will need replacing as 75% worn (down to 3.2mm). It’s on Bridgestone’s 255/35R 96Y.
When I bought the car I traded in my 3 year old 540i which had done around 28,000 miles on the original tyres so I was surprised to have chewed through the current set so early.
Any thoughts on what tyres to buy? I’d prefer to stay with runflats as obviously there’s no spare these days.
