Brands Hatch Masters Historic Festival

Does anyone know if GT40’s normally race at Brands Hatch at the Masters Historic Festival;

I really want to see some gt40s race or drive around a circuit because its something I’ve never done.

Might get an entry list nearer the time, but be aware you might see one, but it might be driven well or very badly, depends on the driver!

Estoril at Estoril Classics , Peter Auto is your best bet ... is LMC

There were none there last year, and maybe just one the year before. The only race they are eligible for at the Festival is usually full of Chevrons and Lolas.

If you're able to travel further than Brands Hatch then look out for the Amon Cup, which is going to Donington, Snetterton and Silverstone this year.

Hopefully there are more than the 6 entries they managed to scrape together for the Silverstone round at the end of 2021!

Yes a GT40 is gorgeous and seeing one being pedalled well is awesome, but seeing 2/3 cars tops being pedalled well whilst the other 3 plod around aimlessly and then waiting for 2 minutes whilst another car came round the track - poor spectacle IMO, think we lasted the first 4 laps.

Go to Donington in May and take in Group C too.
