It happened to us when we left Charles de Gaulle bound for Thailand,the same happened when we came back.
All 5 of us showed TdS but it made no difference.
Logically it shouldn’t happen but it is.
What happens now if I decide to fly out of Barcelona and the Spanish think I have overstayed?

I drove down to Spain in October and then flew to the UK. The border guy knew not to stamp.
I flew back to Spain with a load of non-resident Brits and the border guy wanted to stamp my passport, I shouted no, and he discussed it with his colleague who told him to pass.
My guess is that the border guy simply got it wrong.
