Excellent - that's two local rallies to watch next month. I haven't seen a competition car driven in anger since Goodwood , in October. Fix needed!

Some cracking roads around there.
Well done Beverley MC for getting this off the ground..... please don't forget the Beaver Road Rally though!

Cracking day for it. Just been to the Dunington S4 and some lovely motors out there sounding brill.

Avenger, TR7 and many Escorts, Scoobys. Must try and catch them going to S8 as I want to see the 6R4 and MGZR.

Never got to any of the stages but was walking the dog round Beverley in the morning and saw tons of the competitors driving either en route from Bishop Burton to the stages or vice versa.

I enjoyed it and the club did a fantastic job in organising the event on public roads. I watched at Burton Constable hall and although viewing was over a long area , it comprised a straight road with a couple of tight straw baled chicanes , so it was a tad Micky Mouse with no view of a decent bend. Some lovely cars, including a shockingly fast Avenger (bearing not much resemblance to the original) , plenty of lairy Escorts , a bevy of modern Fiesta R5s etc and - amazingly - an Alpine Renault A310 .

Access to better viewing next year I hope but a big well done already .

By the looks of it the A310 wont be doing any more, they binned it just after a flying finish.
Shame!
