Has every property in the UK been developed yet?

As every man (& woman) and his (her) dog (not to mention every other TV program) seem to have become property developers, are there in fact any properties out there still to be done?!

With everyone jumping on the "band wagon", it must surely be very difficult now to find something capable of a decent profit?

Maybe there's a market for re-developing all the badly developed houses... there must be hundreds of these!!

Tell me about it! There is lots of work in my profession (building surveyor) in putting right all the amateur feck ups on these redevelopments. I blame some of these TV shows that just say "oh well knock through these walls and make the space open plan" with no throught to the building regs or common sence that there are barely any walls holding the rest of the house up!

You don't have to just redevelop houses, there are other buildings in need of work or redevelopment into houses/apartments. Think industrial
