So my current 718, is now two years old and I am starting to thing about it’s replacement. Given the long wait times (12-18 months on 992 C2) I had better get a order in soon. So after far too many hours on the configurator here is the spec

I've just configured my Porsche 911 Carrera - Take a look at it! https://cc.porsche.com/icc/ccCall.do?userID=EG&amp...

Just get your order in with any likely spec. There will be a long time to finalise things whilst you wait. Options and standard kit will change in that time too.

Add ceramic brakes. They’re a steel at 6K and will come in handy when the car comes out of warranty and you remap to 560 bhp.

Don’t bother with the body kit at the front. It looks better, but it’s probably not worth the ground clearance issues.

Select

and then. scroll back up to the i symbol

to watch the video on what it offers.

I would get that. Way way way nicer, and includes historic features to the dials.

Here I’ve saved you 8.5k for stuff you won’t know you’ve not got. Buts it’s your car and your money so spec it your way .

thanks clubsport, interesting spec you have created for me. I can’t live without the heated GT wheel, everything is possible to drop, but sports exhaust???

Try to hear one with and one without there’s not much difference with all the filters fitted . But it’s your car

Please forgive me, I was viewing the reply on my phone and missed it.
Thanks I will look at that interior combination. Only ever considered black on black.

Thank you for your thank you.
Spend proper time with the configurator. I proclaim that 99% of customers don’t study it enough hence why so many result in missed opportunities. They are spending best part of £100K or more and race through it.

Your spec is great yet for the odd £50-£250 here and there you are missing out on some nice additions.

Something tells me you spent 10/15 mins configuring it. Relax, study it, all of it.

Eh, thanks. I have spent a fair few hours on the configurator like I did for both my 718 and Taycan CT.

I have a 2020 C2 with almost identical spec. Glass sunroof is fantastic and the gloss black wheels look amazing. The only thing I can't see are the brushed aluminium highlights on dash and centre console. They lift the interior, recommended.

I disagree with that advice £6600 is barking for leather door pulls / leather cup holders / green instrument numerals on a base 911.
