https://www.eurocert.uk/coe-order-form
for those who have jdm cars or have no nox info on their cars , this site should be able to get the emissions details needed by tfl , it cost me 165£ to eurocert , then you pass a copy of your v5 plus the report from eurocert through the tfl portal , you need to create a tfl account which does not cost you , on another scooby site a lot of people have done this including me , it took around two days to be Ulez compliant , i expect in time the ulez zone will get larger

MDMA .

My fresh import Legacy shows up as Euro 6 on the ULEZ checker even though it was made in 2007 and Euro 6 engines only came out in 2014! smile

May have a silly question, after getting a COC, does it change your road tax band?
