Seven seats for less than £15k, Looks good value for families and those who like a bit of space.

Love the back to basics ethos of Dacia. Not heard of this one before. £15k seems a bargain for what it is!

Looks like a stretched Duster, which I guess isn't a bad thing.

So do I. A simple utility car that costs buttons to buy and run and without even the faintest Whiff of Cock about it.

Honestly, what's not to like?

I think it's a stretched Sandero.

I was going to say it looks a lot wider than the Sandero, but then I realised there was a new Sandero which looks much wider. biggrin

Presumably it's a straight replacement for the Logan MCV (was that available with seven seats)?

Same here. I love no frills utility motoring.

The "Bigster" concept looks fantastic...

...I'll have mine with steel wheels smile

The Jogger is the upmarket replacement for the Logan MCV isn't it?

Shame it's got a supermini engine.

Is that a shame? Seems entirely in keeping with the rest of the car to me.

Fair point, and 140lbft isn't horrendous but it's a big car with a lot of seats you can fill.

The one they ought to sell here is the Dokker, very popular on the Continent.

It looks to only weight 1205kg so not too bad before you start adding bodies.

On the continent they make a really really basic model, mainly for farmers, with just a steering wheel and speedo inside, it's called the Dacia Lot.

Back on to the subject, these will sell like hotcakes at that price and probably put a dent in Qashqai sales.

The almost-de Lorean logo rather suits it. I'll have mine in brushed steel with a V6 please.

This actually has about the same power and torque as the DMC-12. Weighs less too. hehe

Very much see the appeal of one of these. As a car to chuck kids and stuff in and not give a st about, it’d be ace.

Dacia are doing some very good things at the moment. My mums neighbours had an older Sandero, and they just got their new Stepway and it looks fantastic.

These new models look great.
