help!! -how the heck do they come off

Managed to get a fuel pressure regulator for the scrap yard for a tenner to try as a subsitute part to see if it made any difference. My question is how the h:censored:l do you get the connectors with the red ends off end????

The existing pressure regulator fitted to the car is connected to the fuel pipes in the same way so I dont want to ( and have no idea how to!!) pull it off until I can figure it out

Pulling the scrap yard one just resulted in the plastic right hand bit coming off the clip but not the clip itself...

Answer...... very very slowly!!!!!

and boy what a difference it has made!! car is more responsive and a much better, quicker drive
