Trivial things that :censored: you off!!

Don't know if this has been done before so aplolgies if it has.
After reading a thread the other day about the irritations/annoyances of supermarkets and a recent trip to the cinema, I found myself thinking about the little things that really get you riled.
At the aforementioned cinema I found myself getting increasingly annoyed (to the point of anger) at the person behind me with the noisy sweetie papers, the rattling of a popcorn box to my left somewhere and the bloke a couple of rows in front coughing his ring up for the best part of two and a half hours!
I'm just wondering what else winds people up? In particular little things that really amount to very little but provoke hugely disproportionate levels of irritation and subsequent over-reaction.

s me off!Cables. Why is that, however neatly you run the cables behind your hi-fi/computer, or fold them in your laptop bag, when you come back to them they are tied in knots that would impress Baden-Powell?
Hot air hand dryers. I resent spending 30 seconds of my life in front of one of these things when I could dry my hands on a towel in 2 seconds. And why are there always more sinks than hand dryers, when it takes longer to dry your hands than to wash them? ARGGHHH!!

Hot air dryers, what's the point? You always end up drying them on your bloody trousers anyway

Agreed spitting in public is disgusting, but there are too many people in the world who smoke to let it get to me.....
People who get really wound up on forums, I was accused of 'don't talk to me like that....' on another thread - What's that about then? I am currently communicating by tapping plastic buttons on a keyboard. This is an entertainment media, not a real place you know......
Makes me wonder about the true sanity of people sometimes...
Something that does annoy me is the 'dumbing down' of television. Okay, Corrie is hardly interlectual, but you can predict the script storylines (same goes for Eastenders) not that I watch either, it's just if it's on. Also, all these 'reality' shows. can we not have a bit more educational type stuff? I seem to dip in and out of Discovery most of the time these days.
