M4 lights. Xenon to LED

I haven't got any links, just the experience of the cost of like for like replacement due to some w*nker tipper truck dropping stones about 50 yds ahead of me on a dual carriageway...
The ICON LED units are around £1200+ VAT each from BMW then you would need the modules which are a few £100's on top.
I think you would need the car coding for these to work and if you want the full functionaility with the adaptive high beam etc this probably means having to change you indicator stalk for one with the adaptive headlight button plus your rearview mirror for one with the correct sensor - again these would want coding,..
i optioned the ICONs on both the 2016 F80 M3 and the 2018 M4CS I had as they look cool and didn't make a massive difference to the monthlies, I suspect retro fitting on an older car would be a seriously expensive one off hit for something that whilst it looks a better wasn't something that made a massive difference for me to the driving experience.
Probably less grief and cheaper to look for a car with them to start with.
