Help me find a replacement for my V90

I've got a Volvo V90 R design D4 69 plate and if I'm honest I'm really not getting on with it. The gearbox and engine is terrible it does terrible economy (that's coming from someone who owned a 340i) and generally just a bit meh about driving it.

Requirements are:
30-34k
Auto
Petrol
Big boot hence the estate
2 kids - 1 new born 1 2 years old
Memory seats - it's our only car and my wife is tiny so the seat goes up and forward compared to back and low for me.
Decent audio but at a minimum apple car play or a way or retro fitting it

My thoughts were
Skoda superb 272
Skoda kodiaq sport line with 7 seats
BMW 520i

Am I missing anything? I'm also thinking of waiting till next year and looking at new but I don't think there will be much.

Wow some great suggestions in here thanks! never seen that VW before, not sure if i'm keen on the looks but not discounted. Like the Jag too feels like a nice side step in terms of quality and luxury. Will keep you updated on if i can find any locally that I can test drive. Cheers
