Nissan Juke Warning Lights

Hello, we have daily driver Nissan Juke 1.2 Tekna (1.2 Petrol). Registered 2015. We’ve had it from new and now on 158k miles. It’s already had engine replaced at 40k for excessive oil consumption. We currently have an issue where orange EML is now permanently on. Obviously went off before last service at Nissan main dealer. I described to dealership but fault codes found. In addition we now have start/stop green light flashing and gear change up/down light on. Both happens together and only intermittently. Today I noticed if all illuminated together, the cruise control will not set speed. Maybe somehow electrickery connected? Has anyone experienced and hopefully solved?

I can’t help but there’s Juke forum on the web somewhere with an active community, try there. I googled and found the answer to a TC light and power loss of roundabouts with my wife’s 1.6.
