111R How to take the best start?

Looking at the nice vids from Davey, I would like to know how to launch the car hardly but without killing the clutch? Compromises, compromises

I have an S2 111S but wonder the same thing (obviously revs will be different)...I've tried many different types of start, but I think the best I've done is:

hold medium revs (in my case 4k ish)
lift clutch
as you lift clutch, weld right foot to floor.

(this only works on a dry grippy road!)
