Tyres online that are not linked to Delti ?
Discussion
All roads lead to Rome they said but in online tyres, nearly all tyre websites lead back to Delti one way or another.
I'd ordered 4 x Michelin Alpin 4 ZP in 245/50/R18 for an X3 (I know but the newer Alpins aren't available in this size) to replace some Sottozero 2s on dedicated winter rims and I got the "Amex not working" email, asking for a bank deposit. No can do because no protection so back and forth that went.
Then my local place missed the deadline and then had no stock. Then today Costco failed to have them available, despite booking well in advance and them checking with Michelin.
So if Costco doesn't come up trumps in the next 48 hours, I'll need another source and Camskill, Blackcircles and everyone else not connected to Delti I can think of has zero stock.
So what are the other honest options that are not linked to Delti ?

It might be trickier getting these in the UK due to the limited sell out.
Oponeo might be a plan b, or call the guys at lovetyres.com as I know they have access to plenty of european stock.
Cheers. I'll try lovetyresOponeo might be a plan b, or call the guys at lovetyres.com as I know they have access to plenty of european stock.
Oponeo have little or no winter stock when I've checked recently - it is a niche size really.
I don’t post but this time I had to… I ordered 4 Goodyear F1’s from 123tyres (Delti) for my other half’s TT on 9th. November 2021. I asked them to be delivered to my selected fitter. First only two were available, then shortly after 4 were to be delivered. Two turned up! They then had to be stored for a month while I was palmed off by various customs stories. Two tyres were due then they weren’t. They eventually turned up on 17th. December at 5pm! So all 4 were fitted to the car on 21st. December!!! Then I was advised that two more tyres were being delivered to the fitting address!!! They arrived on 22nd December. They are my responsibility so I picked them up and was advised by Delti they would be picked up from me today 29th between 8:00 and 17:00. Then the DPD driver complained he’d have to wait two minutes while I retrieved them from our garage! Have a guess what the moral of this story is…. I can’t believe I stayed calm whilst I wrote this. The decision is yours😊
Don't know if Tyreleader are part of Delti, but i've used them several times and only had one issue, they sent 4 tyres but one was the wrong size, but to be fair they sorted it very quickly and within 5 working days i'd got the full correct set.
The parcel company who picked up the wrong size managed to not return it but fortunately we still had the receipt from the parcel driver so TL presumably got their compensation.
Only downside to TL is that over the last 18 months their prices seem to have risen to match the rest so for normal tyre purchases Camskill are beating the europeans for online.
Having said all that, when we needed one new tyre quickly for daughter's car, the indy family workshop we use who also sells tyres quoted the same as i could find online without fitting for the specific tyre make/model we wanted, so maybe the tide has turned and its time to give your local indy a ring again and see what they can do.
