It stands for Indigenous women, girls and Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and asexual

I've just had to renew my residence card here in Belgium (thanks Brexit!). Filling in the form for sex - no option for "Yes please..." - there wasn't a choice for male/female. I had a choice of -

"Male who identifies as male"
"Male who identifies as female"
"Male who does not wish to identify by gender"

I think just using the positive + tag is too inclusive and reflects badly on those that consider themselves negative. And what about those who believe they have more than 2 spirits.
