992 Carrera Tuning-Any experiences?

992 Carrera just coming up on 2 years old and thinking about a tuning package.

Interested but cautious around blowing the warranty/goodwill but has anyone actually had a Litchfield/DMS type tune done and happy to share the experience good or bad?

Not for my 911, but Ian Litchfield did a tune for my R8 RWS about 3 years ago - had no issues and no flags at the dealers.

I've been to Litchfield and 9e. On a Porsche I'd maybe give 9e the nod being 100% focused on Porsche only although no right or wrong depending on your own location you'd go to whoever nearest. Over 40,000 reliable miles myself on a 9e tuning kit. They' have a transformational tuning kit for your Carrera too. 515PS for Carrera and 580PS for Carrera S. Thats 997/991 turbo performance which are blistering quick.

Thread reboot as end of factory warranty approaching so looking at this again.

Any 992 Litchfield or similar customers happy or otherwise?

You're going to be running the turbo and cooling system much harder, so i'd be picking a tuner based on reliability and customer recommendations, rather than headline figures, especially so if you're using it on track.

Friend had a 992 C4S tuned by 9e. He says as quick as a 991 turbo s. If you swap intercoolers add exhaust. Even quicker
