Does a 500 Abarth at 8700 miles and 2 years old need the spark plugs changed?

What does the service schedule say? Its been a while since I had mine, at 13,000 and 2 years the plugs were not changed

Second year / 18,000 miles is plugs. Not sure whether a change is needed if lower miles.

Abarth 500's need Plugs, oil, filter, air filter and cabin filter at every annual service (9000 miles). The second year service adds Brake fluid.
