Oil leaks Honda accord and mitsubishi lancer

Hi,

If a Honda accord 2005 has a oil leak what is likley worst case scenario?

Also ask mitsubishi lancer has oil sump leak is that expensive for a replacement gasket? I recall the one for the bmw was £350 as they had to lift the engine to do it.

Just looking at cars for sale and I see these noted on mot. Thanks in advance.

Also on a 2007 Honda accord it says handbrake only just met requirements, would this likley be just a tighten up?
