Formula 1: The game
Discussion
For those of us having withdrawal symptoms... rules open to interpretation.
( Ideal for a wet weekend).
Imagine six players... after a few beers.
I’m sure the rule book would be ripped up... probably have to have a nominated steward.

I’ve actually played this game, they have it at the ‘The Eagle and Child’ in Oxford.
From what I recall it was terrible! Just a load of dice rolling and went on for ages. Wearing terrible shirts was optional...
For those who may be interested;
The Eagle and Child Oxford - “Pub with a simple menu, best known for being a watering hole for CS Lewis and JRR Tolkien.”

( by experts)
Read some blurb... it suggests, combing two sets & have teams.
( could you imagine the tactics employed then)
I think we used to have about 5 lappers... so all the cards could be used.
This must be the sprint race.
I read somewhere a while ago, a chap wanted to adapt this, but set up for BTCC rules, tracks etc. ( Sell replicas of the actual cars).
But... that’s another story.
PS: Do you reckon that those two played the game.

Just checked eBay, plenty of these about. They tend to go for between £10 and £30.
Have also noticed there have been a few clones and copies over the years.
