Any recommendations? Have a track day soon and just want to get pads etc sorted.

Grosvenor BMW In Reading, used them years back for my M5 and more recently for the OH mini and they fitted a MPE on my M2.

RBM in Hook, heard good things about them and I will probably use them for my next service (I work in Basingstoke)

I recently used RBM for rod bearings. Great service, highly recommend.

TWG in Camberley have also looked after me very well in the past on various BMWs.

I live in Berkshire, but luckily no distance from the Surrey and Hampshire borders!

In 2015 when I started running older BMWs I was lucky enough to discover TWG Automotive in Camberley. Will is ex-Sytner and runs race cars, formerly in the BMW Compact Cup series but now Legends on circuits. The bonus there is he has a 4-post lift so can do full alignment, which might be useful for a track car.

Then in late 2019 after 15 years at Sytner Ross opened up RBM Hampshire in Hook. That was about the time I got my first M so I thought I'd give him a try- it's always handy to have alternatives! He has done an Inspection 2, replacement rod bearing shells and engine mounts on my Z4M Coupe.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of them.
