Mitsubishi Lancer 2006 - Spark plug

My 2006 Lancer (petrol and manual ) is at 68k miles,I bought it at 66k with no history
I would like to know when I should be changing the spark plugs and which are the best ones for this car
also anything else that needs changing like the timing belt etc

I’d take one out and have a look. Two birds with one stone as you see the condition and part number.

I think they are belt and not chain driven cams so not knowing when it was last done is a worry. Most people would do the water pump at the same time. You could have a look at it and see if it looks newish but it’s probably best to change it.
