Infiniti QX50 - anyone in Essex for servicing?

My retired Dad bought a QX50 a few months back and it’s thrown up an EML warning light. Local garages are nervous to touch albeit have at least reset it. Is there anyone / garage around Colchester or Chelmsford that’s reliable and knowledgeable of this little trucks?

Presumably any Nissan dealer should be able to help? Or any Indy with diagnostic as cars are pretty standard OBDII nowadays
