Had to share this one. Had an exchange of views with a chap following some dodgy driving (on his part). I won't go into the details but the first thing he said to me was "I race formula 3. I know what I'm doing". Now he had to be at least 60 with a huge beer gut and red face and he was driving a Jreg MX5 which had seen better days. Most amusing....

Not so as you would notice. He called me a little (something I did'nt hear) though. I'm 5'10" 12 stone BTW. I'm still laughing now...(I guess you had to be there).

I'm glad I'm not the only one who spotted that.

I remember some years back, I was riding down Gregory Boulevard in Nottingham (a long, straight, tree-lined road nearly 1/2 mile long). At one end, the road had been narrowed by a traffic island with bollards on it, to just wide enough for a car to pass either side. I was slowly passing a line of stopped cars, and pulled up alongside an open topped car, while the line waited for Mr Numpty to get his car through the gap. I was sat there, on the bike, open faced helmet on, with Mr Numpty making very little forward progress.

I put on my best Crocodile Dundee voice, and called out "Get out of the way, Dopey!".

The chap in the car alongside just doubled up, and Mr Numpty shot off.

Made me smile.
