Failed: To be banned in schools.

Just seen this on the news. If kids fail an exam they will no longer see failed on the exam sheet, instead they will see deferred success.
When is this nonsense going to stop? You can no longer win at sports day etc.
I think it will harm kids progress rather than hinder it.

There was some dozy educational politico on Radio 4 this morning talking about this.

What a pile of hogwash she was saying. It was all "window of opportunity, squaring the loop, thinking outside the box" bollox.

She didn't speak a single piece of sensible English the whole interview.

She should have been accused of "FAILING to get the message across, although she probably wouldn't have understood what that meant.
