New Audi Q4

Hi all,

Not sure if I am posting this in the correct section but certainly hope I am.

I picked up my new Audi Q4 etron 3 days ago. Everything seemed fine on delivery. ( I have to be honest I actually focused on the paint based on previous experience )

Yesterday I noticed the attached picture of the trim. It looks terrible. Just wondering if anyone else has had these sorts of issues when buying new cars?

I have contacted Audi and I am sure they will sort. A bit annoying but first world problems I guess

EDIT: When I have quoted you more pics have became visible. I see some of the trim is damaged. Very poor. Same thing happened to me when I got my Q3.

On a separate note, did you encounter any difficulty in getting the car given global stock shortages/waiting lists? Was this car in stock, or built to order?
