Lotus Elise S1 reg J700JT where abouts.

Bit of a long shot but wondered if anyone knew of this car.
I'm wanting to buy a S1, and sadly my first S1 that I had from new was sold on and subsequently been written off. My second S1 carries the registration J700JT, I sold it about 15 years ago but the present owner doesn't seem to want to drive it. The last 4 years it's only done 16 miles. :-( . Sold the car through PH so someone may know the car / owner.
