Hoping for some help 05 Honda Civic 1.6s

Hi first time posting in this section.

My son is working on an 05 facelift ? Honda Civic 1.6s
He’s made a mess of the wings and fitment of.
Basically he need in my opinion new wings because

A) he’s bought the wrong ones with the indicators on the wing.
B) parts to fit appear to be missing.

As far as I’m aware all the bolts are in place ( to be checked by me daylight just to make sure he has got them in.
What seems to be missing is where the wings clip onto the bulkhead area of the car - well there is no clips at all or bolts. Holes are there for them but he doesn’t have them ( or lost them)

I’ve searched the internet until it’s pretty much done my head in and can not find what these clips or bolts are.

So so far it’s source new wings, easy bit.

Source the clips I’ve just mentioned which seems to be the not so easy bit.

Can anybody point me in the right direction please ?

I’d it’s any help at all although the photo is crudely edited !
It’s the clips that would be on the inner rear side of the wing to the body !
