Decent mountain biking near to Madrid?

I did some riding South of Toledo (about 50 miles south of Madrid) a few years back. More trail riding among the olive groves rather than single track but some fun riding and great open spaces

as he points out the lake where he parked, the Euro Space centre and Madrid i'd say somewhere left on this screenshot.... San Martín de Valdeiglesias so possibly just North of here?
