Bmw 1 series good time to lease?

Hi all, so im currently looking for a new car on a lease deal. I was planning to get a bmw 1 series on a 36 month term amounting to £8604 as I’ve seen the price decrease recently, but I am unsure whether to wait a bit longer I have read around and heard that good deals come around September don’t wanna rush into anything since the leasing market is expensive currently
