BBC all the way.

The simpleton commentators and annoying adverts on ITV are unbearable.

For those who wish the BBC to be abolished, careful what you wish for.

BBC , after the dreadful ITV commentary on the semi ,it's a no brainer .
Unless the BBC dust off Savage in the comms box .....surely not !

Also no miserable Roy Keane , no Gary Neville , no Lee Dixon .

BBC will have Shearer , Ferdinand and probably Lampard ,maybe Jurgen the German .

Listening to the main presenter on ITV is painful.

In the interests of balance, I really like him. I find him hugely preferable to Martin Tyler, and to Clive Tyldesley who I believe he has replaced. I suspect I'm in a minority though. That said, I can't bear the adverts so it's BBC for me, or rather my mate's house where we're watching it.

I like Roy Keane as a pundit and G Nev is OK too, but, I can't be doing with the ads, so the Beeb it is (albeit Lineker and She-Rah are a little bit cringey!)

In the last match he was 2 steps behind the action OR he just said nothing for long periods. That goes against all the principles of being a commentator. He's woeful

There was a commentator , on a Scotland match , hardly said anything , I was wondering what they were being paid for .
Don't remember which channel it was on.

The only people watching on ITV are being paid to do so, or advertisers...

I quite like Matterface too. Unfortunately for him, I can't be doing with Lee Dixon and him not realising the laws have changed since he played, so it's BBC for me.

The amount of PH members that have boycotted BBC the poll is currently higher than I thought.

Maybe they'll vote once the tennis has finished. smile

BBC 100%

After Matterface's terrible commentary on the semi, I can't be dealing with listening to that drivel again.

The last place I want to be told to "feel it, ride it" would be at a football match.
