MK1 Hire for 1 Week

Hi guys,

I know this is a long shot … I am trying to find a MK1 to hire for 1 week but I’m not having much luck.

I am travelling to the UK with my wife, (we live in the UAE), and to make the trip a bit special I wanted to hire a MK1 as it is my wife’s favourite car. I am also considering buying, but for such a short amount of time it seems excessive.

Does anyone have any ideas where a MK1 can be hired from please?

Ecossesportscarhire.com have a choice of three NAs and will drop off and collect at Inverness Airport, close to the most spectacular landscapes and driving roads in the UK.

If you don't have any luck with Mk1 hire see if you can hire a Mk4 or as we did in Italy a couple of years ago a Fiat 124.
Just be careful they guarantee the make and model.
In the past at point of collection I've had "sorry not available - here's the alternative" allegedly covered by their "or similar" clause in the small print. For Italy I actually contacted the collection point direct explaining it was my wife's anniversary treat and received what I'd booked.
