thats horrific, im not the biggest fan of the hornet but thats just not fair to the car.

(the one hornet i did like was that sky blue vauxhall twink powered one with wings and so on)

Not my 'cup of tea', but if you own something you are entitled to do with it as you please.
I recall that in the USA someone criticised a well known aircraft collector for painting his DC3 Dakota in pink. His reply was "What colour is yours then?"
It's still sad to do this to a nice Hornet though.
