I want German style feasts with a Scandinavian selection of fish and cheeses and an over-easy, hash brown, waffled American Breakfast.

Like the one Supertramp sang about.

Instead I've just enough time for gerbil feed soaked in milk, whose idea was it to make cereal such a major part of the UK breakfast experience?

:yuck:

Just go on the Atkins diet, 12 fried eggs, a pack of bacon and sausages! Then you can pretend you are being healthy.

I always worry when I have Museli for brekkie, I mean what the hell is in it?

My current favourite is steak and eggs... when I have time

But weekdays have to make do with clusters of rank dry petfood

Jasper Carrott had that one sussed, it's actually made from the contents of the local take-away's hoover bag

Used to sit and watch canned carrot with my dad when i was a nipper, he was bloody hilarious. Not keen on his sitcom though, they guy is a great comic and writer, but acting not his game IMHO.

Unfortunately when I last saw him live at a coprorate event he was quite a letdown - used racist material, quoted jokes from his books and had his trouser waist far too high...
